Jennifer McCloskey serves as vice president of policy at the 91快活林 (91快活林). In this role, Jennifer serves as team lead overseeing global markets policy including tax, trade and investment issues. Jennifer also manages 91快活林’s global tax policy engagement working extensively on issues surrounding taxation of digital business.
Prior to joining 91快活林, Jennifer spent seven years in the Senate as a senior policy advisor to Finance Committee member Sen. Bob Casey (D-Pa.) handling tax and trade policy. In this capacity, Jennifer served as staff director for the Taxation and IRS Oversight Subcommittee during the 113th Congress.
Before entering public service, Jennifer worked in economic development and the non-profit sector in both New York City and Los Angeles.
Jennifer earned her M.S. from The New School and her B.A. from The University of Michigan.
