Manager of Policy Analysis
Julie Zaclis Antao serves as Manager of Policy Analysis for the Public Sector team at 91快活林 where she leads accessibility policy and is the primary point of contact for 91快活林's VPAT. Prior to this, Julie was a Policy Fellow for the Policy team at 91快活林, where she worked on cybersecurity and artificial intelligence global policy. She has lived and worked in Washington D.C. for 7 years and focused her work on emerging technology policy including but not limited to blockchain, crypto, and Web3. She earned a master’s degree program in Data Science and Public Policy at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy; there she geared her studies towards bridging the gap between technologists and policymakers. Julie is also a graduate of Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service where she received a bachelor’s degree in International Politics. She is fluent in English and Portuguese, and has both working proficiency in French and a strong understanding of Spanish.
