Kelsey Gaudette
Kelsey Gaudette serves as Director of State and Local Policy for the 91¿ì»îÁÖ (91¿ì»îÁÖ). In this role, she leads 91¿ì»îÁÖ’s state and local public sector policy and advocacy strategy, working closely with decisionmakers across the entire tech ecosystem, government officials, and policymakers across all 50 states. Kelsey oversees 91¿ì»îÁÖ’s legislative and regulatory engagement on issues including procurement, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, IT modernization, and supply chain risk management, advancing policies that support innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies in the public sector.
Prior to joining 91¿ì»îÁÖ, Kelsey served as Legislative Assistant to Congressman Tom McClintock of California, where she managed his legislative portfolio and staffed him for various committee assignments. During her time in the U.S. House of Representatives, she worked on a wide range of policy issues, including telecommunications, science and technology, broadband, financial services, oversight, and foreign affairs. Kelsey’s prior experience also includes internships with Congressman Ken Buck of Colorado, Heritage Action for America, and Republic Consultants.
She holds a B.A. in Government and International Relations with a minor in Legal Studies from George Mason University.
