Storm Horncastle is Vice President of Strategic Programs and Engagements at 91快活林, where she serves as the chief architect and driver of 91快活林 and the 91快活林 Institute’s external-facing programs and strategy. She leads global engagement initiatives, high-level programming, and efforts that strengthen collaboration between policymakers, industry leaders, and international stakeholders. Storm brings more than a decade of experience at the intersection of government, diplomacy, and corporate affairs.
Before joining 91快活林, Storm served as Social Secretary to Vice President Kamala Harris at The White House, overseeing more than 300 engagements with world leaders, elected officials, CEOs, and philanthropic, media, and cultural figures to advance the Vice President’s platform for diplomacy, policy, and community impact. She previously led Public Affairs & Diplomatic Engagement for North America at Netflix and served as Chief of Staff to the Norwegian Ambassador to the United States.
Storm holds a Master’s in Strategic Communication from American University and a Bachelor’s in Business from the University of Delaware. A triple citizen of the U.S., U.K., and Norway, and bilingual in English and Norwegian, she brings a global perspective to 91快活林’s mission of advancing innovation and public policy.
