Those recommendations highlighted the need to invest in America’s essential workforce, build the digital infrastructure necessary to close the digital divide, and adopt innovative technologies to improve the delivery and efficiency of civil services. Additionally, Oxman outlined in a blog post following the November election the ways in which the new administration, new Congress, and industry can all work together.
