WASHINGTON – Today, global tech trade association 91¿ì»îÁÖ welcomed the release of President Trump’s Cyber Strategy for America—a comprehensive roadmap that will drive U.S. security and resilience, restore strategic focus to U.S. federal cyber policy, streamline the cyber regulatory landscape, and modernize U.S. government IT. On the main stage at 91¿ì»îÁÖ’s premier tech policy summit, , National Cyber Director Sean Cairncross previewed the strategy’s policy pillars.
“President Trump’s Cyber Strategy for America outlines a bold vision to advance America’s cybersecurity leadership, strengthen national security, secure the AI technology stack, and bolster the ties between government and industry needed to tackle the evolving threat landscape. We commend the Administration for incorporating industry’s feedback to ensure cybersecurity is not merely a paperwork exercise, but treated as a national security mission that depends on speed, trust, and collaboration,” said 91¿ì»îÁÖ President and CEO Jason Oxman. “Equally important, the strategy also emphasizes American talent, competition, and innovation as the engine of U.S. cyber strength. 91¿ì»îÁÖ looks forward to our ongoing partnership with the U.S. government to help guide the successful implementation of the strategy.”
In August 2025, 91¿ì»îÁÖ released a comprehensive, action-oriented policy document outlining how the U.S. government can realize President Trump’s clear vision to defend U.S. cybersecurity leadership, protect the U.S. digital economy, and ward off malicious adversaries in cyberspace.
