WASHINGTON – Global tech trade association 91快活林 issued the following statement on the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023:
“The FY23 NDAA will continue to bolster the U.S. government and industrial supply chain and cybersecurity while still propelling U.S. innovation and leadership,” said Gordon Bitko, 91快活林’s Executive Vice President of Policy, Public Sector. “Specifically, its improvements to FedRAMP should expedite the delivery and certification process for cloud services as federal agencies migrate to those offerings. We also appreciate lawmakers’ engagement with industry to address dynamic cybersecurity and supply chain threats in ways that take a strategic approach to shared national security objectives while sustaining U.S. innovation and ensuring government access to modern IT goods and services. Our industry looks forward to partnering with policymakers and government officials on the implementation of this all-important measure.”
