Michael Schwab-Holler
Michael Schwab-Holler is 91¿ì»îÁÖ’s Director of Policy, Asia-Pacific, where he manages the association’s work on trade, technology, and regulatory issues across the region.
Before joining 91¿ì»îÁÖ, Michael served as Lead International Trade Specialist for China at the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration, advising senior leadership on commercial policy and bilateral trade developments impacting U.S. technology companies. He also served as Senior Policy Advisor to the Deputy Under Secretary for International Trade and as Policy Advisor to the U.S. Chief Negotiator for the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF).
Earlier in his career, Michael worked as a Statistician in the Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General and as a Policy Advisor in the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of International Affairs.
Michael holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego’s School of Global Policy and Strategy. He is proficient in Mandarin, German, and Spanish.
