“AI’s transformative potential creates an incredible opportunity. We appreciate that the Biden Administration is taking steps to both support the expansion of AI technologies while also managing potential risks. In executing on the actions announced today and in considering new policy actions moving forward, they should engage regularly with industry and work with the U.S. Congress to examine existing standards and laws in the U.S. and around the globe to fully understand how existing regimes protect consumers and businesses and clearly identify any gaps that need to be addressed.”
