“The Genesis Mission will accelerate the pace of AI research and development, spearhead U.S. science and tech breakthroughs, and showcase American innovation leadership on the world stage. We appreciate that the Executive Order recognizes the tremendous opportunities in leveraging federal data sets and directs the establishment of a mechanism for collaboration between the Department of Energy and external partners, including the private sector, to advance the aims of the Mission.
